GeneralFor the purposes of this Terms & Conditions, “we”, “our” and “us” means Illar audio and “you” and “your” means the user or customer of this website.
The following is the Agreement which applies to your use of our web pages for the purchase of online goods. By browsing through the Website, opening an Account, or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Please note that this Agreement may be amended from time to time due to technological and applicable law changes.
Product descriptions
We and any other persons involved in the management of this website may make changes in the products described, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate. However some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified.
All depictions contained on the website are for illustration purposes only. Because of differences in picture inks, computer monitors and printer ink, colours of the actual product may vary slightly from those observed.
Product Prices
Prices of products and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change without notice. You should check the price of a product at the time of placing an order. The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price, including GST, for the product itself but in some cases does not include postage/delivery charges.
Security
We will take reasonable steps to secure the website and the systems in our control that are used to access and use the website. However, given the nature of the internet, it is sometimes unreliable and is a difficult medium to secure. We cannot guarantee the security of the website or the systems (including the internet and your hardware and software) used to access and use the website, or any information that passes through such systems.
Shipping
Your order will be dispatched on the same day if payment has cleared into our account before the 11am cut off time. After this time, your order will be dispatched within the next business day.
We use AusPost Registered or Fastways where you will be required to sign for the delivery of the parcel. If no one is present, a card will be left advising the nearest post office or depot where the item can be collected from. Tracking details of your parcel will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
We will do everything we can to ensure quick and secure delivery, but ultimately we can not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods unless the item is insured or insurance payout. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.
Payment
We accept Bank Transfers, PayPal and Credit Card payments (Visa and Mastercard).
Bank Transfers must be received within 7 days from the time the order has been processed. If you can't make this timeline, please notify us of your situation otherwise your order will be removed from our systems.
Return Policy
- All sales are final unless items are found to be damaged or defective.
- DOA (Dead on Arrival) items must be reported within 7 days from the received date. A replacement will be issued.
- Items with manufacturers’ defects must be reported within the warranty period. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion and have it shipped back to you as soon as possible. In the event that the defective item cannot be repaired and replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
- Where a warranty claim is granted, any refund will include all delivery and related costs. Refunds will be made to your nominated Paypal, credit card or bank account.
- No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned with all original contents, accompanied with invoice and return form.
- Returned items with signs of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering, tested not faulty, will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost. Speakers and subwoofers with burnt or blackened voice coils are deemed abused or misused and will not be covered by standard warranty.
- Items intended as gifts or otherwise should be inspected for physical damage as such claims beyond the DOA period will be rejected.
- Returned items should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means.
- Items requiring installation can only be claimed if proof of professional certified installer is provided.
